As a Student Supervisor, I effectively managed a diverse team of over 15 full- and part-time employees, leading to a 20% improvement in operational efficiency. By promptly addressing operational challenges, I successfully reduced service delays by 30%, significantly enhancing guest satisfaction and contributing to a 15% increase in positive reviews. Additionally, I adapted to various software tools for inventory management and scheduling, streamlining processes and ensuring a smooth workflow.
As a tutor in the Learning Assistant Program at SEMO, I supported students in developing their coding skills in Python and Java. I guided learners in Unix and Linux, resulting in a 25% improvement in their practical application of these systems. Additionally, I assisted students in advanced mathematics and statistics, employing innovative teaching methods to make complex subjects more accessible and engaging. My commitment to fostering a positive learning environment contributed to the overall academic success of my students.
As a Front Desk/Activity Attendant at SEMO Recreational Services, I served as the first point of contact for visitors, enhancing satisfaction through proactive communication and strong customer service. I improved the guest experience by streamlining facility operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. Additionally, I maintained a safe environment, contributing to a positive and secure atmosphere for all visitors.

This project includes: 4 Tom Drums for varied, resonant tones Snare Drum for sharp, crisp backbeats Kick-Bass to provide a deep, driving beat Crash Cymbal for impactful, high-pitched accents Each sound can be activated by clicks or keypresses, allowing users to experiment with rhythms and create custom beats. This project showcases my JavaScript skills in sound integration and event handling, bringing a creative, hands-on musical experience to the web.
Lazy Prof is an innovative feature designed to simplify academic planning and resource management for students. It allows students to streamline study habits by aggregating critical course information, lecture summaries, study materials, and assignment due dates from professors and other classmates. By centralizing this data, Lazy Prof helps students access key resources and reminders in one place, reducing the need for manual tracking across multiple sources. This feature aims to improve study efficiency and make academic management less time-consuming, allowing students to focus on learning rather than organizing.
This project demonstrates the use of data analysis methods such as hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, and data visualization. It involved collecting raw data, followed by data cleaning and organization in Excel, and conducting an in-depth statistical analysis. Part of this analysis was to interpret patterns and trends that could guide decision-making, even when findings were inconsistent with initial assumptions. The project focused on examining the relationship between the "Percent Likelihood of Eviction or Foreclosure" and the "Percent Unable to Pay Energy Bill" during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data was gathered over four weeks across all 50 U.S. states. The results indicated no meaningful correlation, showing a near-zero correlation coefficient and no clear pattern.
A password generator is a tool designed to create secure, random passwords that enhance user account protection. It generates complex passwords by combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, making them difficult to guess or crack. Password generators are often customizable, allowing users to set specific parameters like password length and character types based on security needs. These tools help users avoid common pitfalls, such as using easily guessable information or repeated passwords, by producing unique and robust credentials for each account.
